Along with a 1-year guarantee on all our jewellery, new or second-hand, and in addition to your statutory rights, we give you 7 days to return any item for a full refund or within 14 days for an exchange. This is provided that it is returned in the same condition with your receipt and any additional guarantee, including the box that it came with.
A refund will be given to you in the matching method of payment. For payment by cheque, a period of 10 days must elapse before a refund can be made.
Please note that for reasons of hygiene, we are unable to refund or exchange any body jewellery such as earrings, unless they are faulty. Items made to your size or specification, or special orders do not apply to the exchange or refund guarantee unless they are faulty. If for any reason you have cause to complain, the proprietor or manager will do their best to resolve things. After all, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase, service, or repair.
